"This is a fraudulent company."
This is a fraudulent company.

Wouldn’t issue a prescription for MONITORING SUPPLIES, that’s right, not even medication… for diabetes. So just to be clear for anyone reading these reviews, they would not issue a prescription for supplies. This is important because a Doctor doesn’t have to issue a prescription if they’re uncomfortable doing so, but this was for diabetes monitoring supplies, not medication. There is no risk or liability for the doctor to be concerned about.

Thus, this company is a complete and utter sham.

They will ask a series of questions take your money then run a chat bot to feed you BS for a bit only to say they can’t actually give you a prescription.

They swindled me for my money and my time.

"Too Many Glitches, Unknown Issues, and Absolutely No Following-Up"
Unfortunately, I can't get a prescription filled for the last 18 days for their at home delivery. I have called 3 times, and at first it was sitting in perscription transfer status for 9 days. After calling, it moved into preparing shipment. It has been sitting in this status for multiple days and I have called twice to get a status update. The amount of conflicting information you receive on the calls with agents is unsettling. At first, I was told it shipped. I asked for the tracking and then I was told the label was printed.....or it's a glitch in the system that isn't updating on my screen but will update by the end of the day. My recent favorite is that it will be escalate to a supervisor to get the situation handled. Still no status change, update, or call from a supervisor that I was promised. No one seems to be handling the issue or resolving issues on open tickets. Really bad customer service. Why is it so difficult to get answers and a prescription shipped? It should not be this difficult.
Also, it seems that the agents are reading from scripts or using stock answers to common issues. The agents dont seem to understand the process or next steps and just send an email or push a ticket to another department to resolve. No one seems to be point on handling or addressing issues at all. Time to look at your process, support services, and issue escalation. Also, get the tech guys to fix all the glitches and anomolies that keep happening with just my ticket.

"Shi*ty service when you're feeling like…"
Shi*ty service when you're feeling like crud. These folks do not want to help you. They want your money. It takes hours to get a response, only to get the runaround. I simply went to the ER to get a prescription for migraines.

"They are happy to take your money only…"
They are happy to take your money only to tell you to go to the doctor. They really shouldn't have an online if they cannot help. I am having a gout attack and the first thing they should have told me before they stole $49 from me is we cannot provide prescriptions for gout!!! Maybe they want the $19 monthly payment to pull even more money over time!! What a joke. Do NOT use GoodRX!!

"COMPLETELY inaccurate"
Went to rite aid to fill a prescription with a goodrx coupon. Coupon said prescription would be around $135. Actual cost to fill was over $400. How is any company allowed to give people who can't afford their prescriptions false hope that they'll be able to afford a prescription?

"Consistent Horrible Service"
This will be my 2nd interaction with Goodrx and it was equally as horrible as the first.

I went to the site given I had a prior issue and they really worked hard to make it right. Surely this wouldn't happen a 2nd time, right? I have an old email address I'm migrating from so I had to sign up again with the new address. I made reference in my reach out that I was one in the same person, disclosing the other email address. So I go to the site looking for a general visit for pink eye. Basic, right? Well as you look thru the options they range from birth control, to high blood pressure to UTI's, diabetes, sexual health..I mean very serious ailments..but something as basic as conjunctivitis or eye concerns wasn't present. Surely I'm missing something so I start the general visit process. It prompts me to answer a HOST of questions about my condition and at the end, it literally sends me back to the broader list of services. No feedback given as a result of those questions. It was a loop and I was highly confused. In the midst of my confusion I received a message from the care center advising this chat was for any questions I had. Thinking the team had access to the questionnaire, I replied advising what I felt I had conjunctivitis and the meds that have worked in the past, foolishly thinking they would advise or route me to the correct place as selecting "general visit" did absolutely nothing. Clearly they did not. So Victoria responds in the chat (a full day later after the team advised all messages would be responded to in 4 hrs) basically routing me back to the list. She further states if I don't see it on the list that I need to follow up with my provider. Well again, something as basic as this must fall under SOME category and I was looking for clarity to confirm it fell here, or a simple reply of "we do not offer this service" would have sufficed. I was clearly confused and asking for direction. The message further advised if I didn't have insurance I could go to planned parenthood or some other type of clinic. Why would I need to go to a reproductive center for pink eye?

I just went thru the "general visit" options once again just to make sure I'm not going crazy here and its asking me all of the questions that describe pink eye (discharge, feels like glass in eye, is it itchy, is it red, etc). And once again at the end it offers 2 options, "exit chat" or a hyperlink to a list of services.

Why have a general visit link if it doesn't route you anywhere specific to the questions asked? Why have a chat team offer help when they do nothing but route you to the same place you hit a dead end?

I'm done with this service. Do not waste your time with the general visit link or the questions asked within it. It is as unhelpful as the chat team assigned to assist.

"The price has never been right"
The price has never been right. I used to pay for Gold membership but got tired of wasting my money. I get buprenorphine and what they don't say is if the generic manufacturer is on back order that you are gonna pay quadruple. I had a coupon for 26 dollars and it was actually 170 dollars. They say try another pharmacy but guess what I have tried 6 others all the same so the coupon isn't what it's supposed to be. It should say that on the coupon, only good for 1 specific kind all others are not this price.

"Avoid GoodRX"
I closed my account and they confirm that my account is closed but keep taking 9.99 out of my credit card each month. I've spent about 2 hours with 6 people on the phone and it is still not resolved. Credit card company has credited my acct and it trying to block them, but if this doesn't work I will have to close my credit card and get a new one!
Now they want my email - I've already given them that and my Mastercard number and my phone and address. Guess what - from my supposedly closed acct. they took another $9.99 from my card on Mar. 27th!! Mastercard hopes they are a company they can block, but if not, then what! I cannot stand to talk to them any longer because they've asked me the same questions so many times and say, "nothing else we can do, contact Master Card!"
It got fixed really fast after this review but how much do they make from the elderly and not savvy people who don't know what to do when stonewalled by a company this way?

"This service has really went downhill…"
This service has really went downhill since GoodRx took over the Heydoctor.com website. It will take hours to get someone to respond to you when you do an online visit, but they expect you to stay close to your phone the entire time in case they need to call you.

Then they will try and prescribe something that you clearly stated in the intake information that doesn’t work for you.

My biggest issue is the timeframe for a response. It doesn’t matter if it’s a weekend or a weekday.

It’s obvious that the doctors and nurse practitioners have full time jobs and do this as a side hustle in between patients or in their free time on the weekend.

"I did a telehealth consultation for BV"
I did a telehealth consultation for BV. I asked if they could prescribe me something for a yeast infection too since taking a antibiotic will cause a yeast infection and I was told that the medication for BV was sent to the pharmacy and it was not. Not to mention I was told to pay for a whole separate visit to get the medication for yeast infection! Unbelievable since I pay for gold membership! I can’t get anyone to respond back. Going to dispute the charges and go somewhere else! All they care about is money! It’s been two days and no prescription.

"Don't stand behind coupon price"
Through the company goodrx purchased, rxsaver, I printed out a coupon reading $40.60. When I presented the coupon for purchase I was told the price is $55.90. I then called goodrx and explained my situation. The goodrx agent told me she'd call CVS and call me back, which she did about 20 minutes later. I expected her to tell me to go back and pick up my medication at the price of the coupon. Instead she said I had to pay the higher price. Even though she saw the coupon at the lower price, she said there was nothing she could do to get the coupon to function at that price. Very frustrating and time consuming.
