I’ve used GoodRx a few times and it’s definitely saved me some money. The only thing is, it seems to work a lot better when I’m near a bigger town where there are more pharmacies to choose from. In smaller areas, there just aren’t as many options, so the deals aren’t always that great. Still worth checking though.

I used my GoodRx coupon at my local pharmacy and it was way easier than I expected. They took it right away, scanned it, and the price dropped with no hassle at all. No weird looks, no back-and-forth, nothing. It maybe added an extra minute to checkout, but that was it. Happy with how smoothly it went, and I saved a nice amount on my prescription too.

I’ve used GoodRx a few times it works well. The discounts are useful, and I do like that the privacy settings aren’t buried somewhere impossible to find. At the same time, I still feel a little uneasy about what info gets shared and with who. It’s not like I don’t trust it, but I also don’t fully trust it either. I just wish they explained the data sharing stuff in a clearer, less vague way. Overall, I’m happy enough with it, but I still keep an eye on my information.

Overall, this has been worth it for getting my monthly meds (which is the main reason I use it). It’s not perfect, and there are a few little things that could be smoother, but it saves me time and makes refills easier. For what I need, I’m happy enough with it

GoodRx has been okay when I’m checking prices on more common prescriptions, but i mostly pay attention to the meds I actually need, and that’s where it keeps falling short. A few weren’t listed at all, and others didn’t really have much of a discount. I can see how it would be useful for certain people, but for anything a little less standard, it feels limited.

I reached out to support a couple of times and had to wait days just to get what felt like canned replies. I get that teams can be busy, but I was expecting a much faster response, especially since I needed a quick answer. It ended up being frustrating and not very helpful

"Refills are ridiculously easy with GoodRx"
I mostly use GoodRx for refills and renewing my meds when I need to, it makes the whole thing way easier. I’m absolutely convinced it saves me from a ton of annoying phone calls and running around. Every now and then the pharmacy info or timing isn’t 100% perfect, but overall it works really well and makes refills way less of a hassle. Definitely a solid 4 stars from me.

I use goodrx here and there to check prices, and that part is helpful. But the medication info kinda leaves me wanting more. Some of the pages feel really basic and didn’t answer the questions I actually had, so I still ended up googling around and asking my pharmacist. It’s not useless, just not as helpful as I hoped.

I use GoodRx mainly on my phone, sometimes the site. Searching is easy, prices are quick to compare, and coupons usually load fast. The app drags a bit now and then, and pharmacy info could update better, but overall it’s simple and useful.

"Telehealth Visit Was Pretty Much a Waste"
I booked a GoodRx telehealth visit thinking I’d actually get some help, but the provider barely seemed to listen. The whole thing felt rushed, like they were just trying to wrap it up as fast as possible, which was super reassuring, obviously. In the end, they basically told me to go see someone else anyway, so I’m not really sure what I paid for. Support took forever to respond too. Definitely won’t be using it again.

I tried to use this with my insurance, but my plan never seemed to match up. Ended up spending extra time at the pharmacy sorting it out, which was totally fine, I guess, just not exactly how I wanted to spend my day.

Goodrx seems to be great some months and not so other months - why?

Why does the goodrx site list pharmacies that don't accept their coupons? publlix and cvs have told me they no longer take them.

Recently, walgreens refused to accept goodrx. goodrx has been so helpful for me so this is very discouraging. i decided to ask you directly if there is a contract with walgreens as i feel this particular walgreens seemed incompetent.

Did walmart stop taking good rx cards if so what are some pharmacys that do?

My local walmart has said that they no longer accept goodrx coupons. is this true? i have tried several times to get an answer to this but keep getting the run around. so whats the answer?
